We encourage pilots to add all extended flights and cross country flights to the BGA ladder. This allows us to support the BGA with airspace initiatives and also in creating some friendly competition within the club.

To help pilots who have not yet achieved Qualified Pilot status to develop and practise the skills needed for successful cross-country flights, we have set up some local turning points to add to the local BGA turning points.
